You can share feedback if you are a candidate or client who has personally worked with a recruitment firm. Please write only about your own experience.
We review incoming submissions every working day. Before publishing, we may check that the feedback is genuine, ask you for clarification or request changes where content does not meet these rules. Additional checks can take longer.
Feedback should be honest, constructive and relevant to the recruitment service you experienced. We may not publish, or may ask you to amend, content that is abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, deliberately misleading, written on someone else's behalf, or includes personal or confidential information.
You can choose to post anonymously. We still need enough information to assess whether the feedback is genuine, but we will not display your name where you have selected the anonymous option. Your email address is not published.
A firm can claim its profile for free, keep its factual information up to date and respond professionally to published feedback. A firm cannot pay to remove feedback, alter a score or influence whether a review is published.
We are not a recruitment agency and do not place candidates or manage vacancies. We do not investigate employment or recruitment disputes, decide legal claims, or guarantee that every submitted review will be published.
Profiles, ratings and published feedback cannot be bought, removed or improved through payment. Recruitment firms can claim and update their own information for free, but they cannot pay to influence a score or the outcome of a review.
